How does AI scoring work?

We apply hard eligibility checks first (e.g., income ratio, required documents, permit acceptance). If eligible, the candidate is scored using explainable bands and weights to produce a score out of 100.

Does it read my PDFs directly?

The AI analysis uses extracted text (OCR/text extraction) stored for each document. The system also checks the document type itself for completeness (e.g., debt extract submitted).

Can an agency customize eligibility rules?

Yes. Listing criteria can control minimum income ratio, required documents, and which residence permits are accepted.

Do you use the Mistral API, and is my data secure?

Yes. Some AI features use the Mistral API. Requests are sent over encrypted HTTPS in transit, and we only send the minimum text needed to perform the requested analysis.
